In our self-defense course for women, you work on skills that help you better protect your own safety. Because developments in today’s society make self-defense for women an essential part of their lives.

We teach you how to protect yourself, both physically and mentally, in a safe and supportive environment. The course is designed with the specific reality of women in mind and is built practically, so you do not only understand what you can do, but actually practise it as well.

What do you learn in this course?

The course offers more than physical techniques alone. You also work on mental, verbal, and emotional resilience.

Effective self-defense techniques

You learn practical techniques that can be used directly in common situations women may encounter.

Setting boundaries and assertiveness

You practise how to say no more clearly, protect your boundaries, and respond more strongly when needed.

Situational awareness and prevention

You learn to recognize signals earlier and assess situations better, so you can act faster and more consciously.

Building self-confidence

By practising realistic scenarios, confidence grows that you can respond when needed.

What can you expect?

The course consists of multiple lessons in which you work step by step on mental, verbal, and physical self-defense. We use practical scenarios so that what you learn connects to situations women may encounter in daily life.

You do not need experience in self-defense or sports. The course is also suitable for beginners and for women without experience. We build up the exercises safely and take your level and possibilities into account.

The final lesson includes a practical exercise in which you can apply what you learned, as far as you want to. That is exactly what makes the course valuable for many participants.

Advanced self-defense sessions for women
